There are two ways how we can work together:

1. Strategy friend

One branding workshop and a brand strategy document often falls short in a practice. I join a team in person or remotely and help founders, c-level managers and other leadership roles to stir the ship in the right direction.

I will become an active part of your day to day mission, your sidekick if you’ll have me, helping your team complete tasks as a seasoned planner, diving deep into your business as a strategist, BUT with a valuable neutrality of an external consultant. I will ease your heavy head and help you manage your workload.

  • In the beginning of every collaboration, we write up concrete services and deliverables, estimate of hours per month and monthly fee. I can dedicate max. 2 days of my work week to one client. My standard monthly fee starts at 1 000 eur.

  • – strategic workshops (branding, marketing, content, employer branding) and brainstorming sessions

    – team roles descriptions, hiring and onboarding

    – long-term and short term communication plans, content creation guidelines and templates

    – creative concepts and tactical proposals

    – brand reports and recommendations

    – budgeting and goals definition

2. Project ninja

There are special occasions in a lifetime of a brand that is crystal clear what needs to be done. It is unavoidable, it brings change or marks a new beginning. This is when my expertise and mad project management skills come in hand. And I become a ninja with one mission.

  • In the beginning of every collaboration, we write up concrete time plan, phases of the project and my role in it.

  • – research, user interviews

    – brand, product, target audience, trend analysis

    – touchpoint concept, touchpoint redesign (e.g. website)

    – visual identity, redesign

    – campaign, launch campaign

    – brand, marketing and content strategy

    – brand positioning, repositioning

    – brand book, communication manuals

    – employer branding strategy, culture book

    – products and experiences (events, blogs, books, etc.)

Let’s talk more.
